We offer medical benefits and other benefits that are commensurate or above average for our industry peer group.

​

All employees are required to be drug tested per required industry drug testing programs and we check the driving records of all prospective employees who will be driving or may drive vehicles to any job site.

​

Our work week is typically 5 days/week and 11 hours/day, although we sometimes work Saturdays to make up for weather days lost during the week. Our pay period is bi-weekly.

​

All our field employees are required to wear FR (Fire Retardant) clothing on all job sites as well as all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including, but not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves, and H2S monitors.

 

The company provides all of these except the steel-toed boots and has a program that helps with the cost of FR clothing. The company also provides specialized PPE when and where required.

Our main yard is located in Kenedy, Texas and most of our work is typically within a 100-mile radius of Kenedy, Texas, although we are able to provide crews anywhere within the State of Texas.
